Partners Lecture on Handling Fatalities in New York State to a National Insurance Carrier.

Partners Bob Avallone, Jeff Pincus, Rebecca Devlin, and Karen Berberich presented a seminar to a national insurance carrier on the Handling of Fatality Matters in New York.  The lecture explored liability, damages and coverage issues unique to wrongful death and survival actions in New York.   Also examined were current changes being proposed in the New York State Legislature (Senate Bill S4006) relative to the wrongful death statute.
