Partners Lecture on Incident Investigation and Reporting at The 3rd Annual Long Term Care ExecuSummit

Partners Greg Mondelli and Jim Connors recently presented a lecture on Incident Investigation and Reporting to an audience of carriers, brokers and risk managers for Skilled Nursing Facilities at the 3rd Annual Long Term Care ExecuSummit at Mohegan Sun in Connecticut. The lecture explored recent developments in federal and state regulations as they apply to nurse homes as well as recent trends in the discoverability and admissibility of information and material obtained during the investigation process. Also discussed were recommended best practices for facilities regarding the conduct and documentation of investigations into accidents and alleged abuse in the residential healthcare setting.
