On March 2, 2021, Partner Tom Dargan served as a Panelist in connection with a national webinar organized by IMG (“International Motorcoach Group”) for its annual IMG Maintenance and Safety Forum. Tom discussed several major litigation trends facing the transportation industry in 2021 regarding liability and COVID-19 exposures. Tom addressed and answered several questions from the participants regarding risks of liability, proper business practices and current litigation trends in 2021. The participants included owners and operators of Motorcoach bus companies from across the United States of America.
