Partner Jeff Pincus Co-Chairs Transportation Lawyers Association’s Annual Conference

Partner Jeff Pincus was honored to have co-chaired this year’s annual conference for the Transportation Lawyers Association (TLA). The TLA is a national association of lawyers who concentrate their practice in the transportation industry. This three-day conference focused on issues in the transportation industry and included panel programs on casualty, logistics and current regulations from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. The conference also held an interactive discussion on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) within the legal and transportation community. The conference was held in Tahoe, California with both live and virtual attendees. Speakers came from a wide spectrum of industry experts and attorneys.
