Senior Counsel Mike Clancy Prevails on Summary Judgment on behalf of School Bus Company

Senior Counsel Mike Clancy was successful upon a summary judgment motion before Honorable William J. Condon of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County. Mike’s liability motion established that there were no genuine material issues of fact to decide against our client, a local school bus company. The motion was opposed by plaintiff’s attorney, however, the Court ultimately found that our client school bus company was not a “proper party defendant” in the action and that no triable issues of fact existed. The Judge dismissed the Complaint against the school bus company and granted Mike’s motion for summary judgment.
