On November 16, 2021, Partner Tom Dargan served as a Panelist in connection with a national webinar organized and presented by IMG (“International Motorcoach Group”) for its members.  Tom discussed several major legal considerations facing the transportation industry in 2022, including ADA compliance issues and cybersecurity concerns. Tom addressed and answered several questions from the participants regarding risks of liability, proper business practices and current litigation trends as we approach 2022.  The participants included owners and operators of Motorcoach bus companies from across the United States of America
