Jeff Pincus hosted this year’s Boot Camp for the Transportation Lawyers Association in Chicago. The Boot Camp, designed as an introduction for the new lawyer and primer for the more experienced, focused on handling claims of significant damages stemming from minor accidents. The lecturers presented four separate programs guiding practitioners through the steps needed to defend our clients. The four programs included, How Small Cases Get Big: The Journey from Low-Speed Impact to Big Damages; Fighting Economic Claims: The Devil is in the Details; Handling Traumatic Brain Injuries; and lastly, Best Practices For a Successful Mediation.
