Partner Tom Dargan Serves as a Legal Panelist at the Annual IMG Conference in Michigan

On February 2-3, 2023, Partner Thomas Dargan served as a panelist in connection with a national conference hosted by IMG (“International Motorcoach Group”) for its members in Detroit, Michigan. Tom discussed several major legal issues facing the transportation industry in 2023, including technology in the courtroom and keeping motorcoach bus drivers engaged during the course of litigation. Tom addressed several questions from the participants regarding risks of liability, proper business practices and current litigation trends. The participants included owners and operators of motorcoach bus companies from across the country.
