Summary Judgment Motion Successfully Opposed by Desiree Saad

Associate Desiree Saad successfully opposed the plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment as to liability in Queens County Supreme Court in a case involving a rear-end motor vehicle accident.  The plaintiffs sought summary judgment as to liability for an accident allegedly caused by our clients which resulted in significant personal injuries.  Desiree successfully argued that there were questions of fact as to liability, particularly regarding the actions of the plaintiffs, and that summary judgment based on liability was not warranted.  The Court agreed and denied plaintiffs’ motion.
