Lewis Johs Names Three New Partners in 2021

ISLANDIA, NY– Lewis Johs Avallone Aviles, LLP announces the promotion of three lawyers to its partnership: Teresa M.C. Myers, Jordan S. Palatiello, and Robert J. Yenchman. Teresa M.C. Myers: Teresa focuses her practice on the representation of clients in complex, high-exposure general liability litigation matters, including construction claims and worksite accidents, labor law, premises liability, motor vehicle and transportation negligence, property damage and subrogation actions. Teresa is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law and is admitted to practice in the State of New York and before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
Jordan S. Palatiello: Jordan will continue to represent physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare facilities in all aspects of medical malpractice-related litigation. Additionally, Jordan defends matters involving construction accidents and labor law, as well as other general liability claims. In 2020, Jordan was recognized by the Long Island Business News as Leadership in Law Associate of the Year. Jordan is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law and is admitted to practice in the State of New York and before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the State of New Jersey.
Robert J. Yenchman: Rob will continue to focus on complex litigation in diverse areas including commercial litigation, premises liability, labor law, transportation law, vehicular negligence, real estate transactions, insurance coverage and criminal law. In 2019, Rob was named to the list of New York Metro Super Lawyers Rising Stars. Rob is a graduate of New York Law School and is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
