Robert J. Yenchman Granted Summary Judgment in Kings County Premises Liability Case

Robert J.  Yenchman obtained summary judgment in Supreme Court, Kings County in favor of our clients, who were the commercial tenants of a mixed-used building in Brooklyn. The plaintiff alleged that she tripped and fell on a sidewalk while walking her dog which resulted in an ankle fracture requiring surgical intervention. Robert successfully argued that his clients were not responsible for the maintenance of the area in which the plaintiff fell, which the Court agreed within dismissing the complaint.
