Defense Verdict for Joseph Charchalis in Supreme Court, Suffolk County

Joseph Charchalis obtained a defense verdict following a jury trial on an automobile liability case in Supreme Court, Suffolk County.  The plaintiff was a pedestrian crossing the street when he was struck by the defendants’ vehicle.  The defendants produced an independent witness who corroborated the defendants’ version of the incident and the jury returned a verdict in our clients’ favor, finding that the plaintiff was 100% responsible for the incident.
