Partner Tom Dargan Serves as a Panelist on a National Motorcoach Bus Webinar Regarding COVID-19 Implications

On June 4, 2020, Partner Tom Dargan served as a legal panelist for a national webinar organized by IMG (“International Motorcoach Group”) entitled “IMG COVID-19 Webinar – Insurance and Legal Consideration for Employees and Guests.”  The panel discussed seven (7) major points regarding liability and worker’s compensation considerations as the industry emerges from various shut downs orders across state lines.  The panel subsequently addressed and answered several questions from the participants regarding risks of liability, proper business practices and insurance considerations.  The participants included owners and operators of Motorcoach bus companies from across the United States of America.
