Associate Caroline Hock Successfully Obtains Dismissal

Caroline Hock was successful in obtaining a dismissal against our clients, a transportation company and its driver, in Queens County Supreme Court. Caroline argued that despite serving a Complaint alleging personal injuries, plaintiff failed to file a Note of Issue or otherwise respond to discovery demands, prejudicing the defendant’s ability to defend the litigation. The Court agreed and dismissed the case against our clients due to plaintiff’s failure to diligently prosecute her case.
