Senior Counsel John Horan Successfully Obtains Dismissal

Lewis Johs Senior Counsel John Horan successfully moved for dismissal of plaintiff’s complaint, by Orders to Show Cause, in Supreme Court, New York County on behalf of our client, a commercial property owner. Plaintiff alleged that he suffered serious injuries as the result of our client’s negligence in failing to remove a dangerous ice condition on a sidewalk on our client’s property.
