Attorneys Amy E. Bedell and Michael Clancy Obtain Summary Judgment on Behalf of Out-of-Possession Landlord

Partner Amy E. Bedell and Senior Counsel Michael Clancy obtained summary dismissal of a case alleging negligence and wrongful death arising out of the shooting death of plaintiff’s decedent following an incident occurring at the premises owned by a defendant landlord.  Michael and Amy successfully argued that the defendant landlord retained no control over the premises and had no duty to the decedent at the time of the incident.
