Their article entitled “New York State Launches Confidential Hotline For Reporting Sexual Harassment” discusses the recent establishment of a confidential hotline by the New York State Division of Human Rights for complaints of sexual harassment. The article highlights how the hotline law requires all employers to provide information about this resource in materials distributed to employees when covering policies and procedures of sexual harassment at the workplace.
