Senior Associate Kevin D. Clinton Discusses Arbitration of Employment Discrimination Disputes at Primerus Seminar
On September 7, 2022, Senior Associate Kevin D. Clinton presented at Primerus’ Labor and Employment Practice Group Virtual Seminar. Kevin discussed New York’s statutory prohibition against arbitration of employment discrimination claims and how that statute has been met with skepticism by state and federal courts. Kevin also offered advice to employers concerning how to draft their arbitration agreements. Kevin works out of the firm’s New York City office.
