John W. Danielsen is an associate in our Medical Malpractice group. John’s practice includes representing the interests of hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare facilities in all stages of litigation involving claims of healthcare negligence and medical malpractice.

John graduated from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, earning a Juris Doctorate in 2023. While attending Touro, he was a teaching assistant for a legal analysis course and received a CALI Award for Excellence in Contracts.  Prior to his admission, John interned with Lewis Johs and was a member of Touro’s Senior Citizens Law Clinic. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music from SUNY Potsdam College in 2019.

John was admitted to practice in the State of New York in 2023 and is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association.”
