Ken Laub’s decades of experience has led him into multiple practice areas. Ken has long represented a wide variety of institutional and individual clients in numerous high profile, high exposure matters involving professional and general liability, products liability and insurance law. He has represented members of the health care profession for more than 30 years, including multi-system hospitals, local community facilities and physicians, nurses and other health care professionals in all specialties and practice groups. Ken also has represented hotels and other businesses and municipalities in serious personal injury cases, security violations, design and construction defects, motor vehicle claims, crime-related injuries and high value property loss. Additionally, he has devoted a substantial amount of his practice to the defense of construction liability cases for owners, building management, general contractors and subcontractors, as well as advising clients in the area of risk management and loss reduction.

Ken also has frequently represented individual and corporate clients in contract negotiations and litigating commercial disputes. He has personally handled various matters involving employment-related injuries. Further, Ken has managed several firms’ Workers’ Compensation, Social Security and Disability Benefits practice groups, formulating policies and procedures as well as supervising case management.

Ken is a graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, Florida and Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Medical Malpractice Committee of The Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York Medical Malpractice Defense Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute. Ken frequently lectures to different groups regarding various litigation-related issues.
