Ms. Blazowski’s practice is concentrated in the areas of general tort and complex medical malpractice litigation, with additional expertise in Health IT, Privacy and Data Security. Ms. Blazowski has extensive experience in all aspects of case management, from lawsuit initiation up to trial, including the preparation of physicians and other medical professionals for depositions, defending client’s at their depositions, conducting depositions of plaintiffs and other witnesses, meeting with expert witnesses, appearing in court to defend clients, and motion practice. She is admitted to practice law in New York State as well as the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Ms. Blazowski obtained her JD from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, with additional honors for Excellence in Appellate Advocacy. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Administration and Management from St. Joseph’s University.
