Duties of the Records Clerk / Clerical Assistant would include:

  • data entry
  • processing authorization requests
  • Document authorization records
  • Requesting records
  • copying, scanning
  • working with record retrieval services

Law office experience would be helpful. Office and Administrative experience necessary.

Requirements of ideal candidate:

  • working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • excellent typing skills with attention to detail
  • friendly and outgoing
  • excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn new tasks
